Sampoornata Abhiyan:
- 3-month campaign to achieve saturation of 6 key indicators in Aspirational Districts and 6 key indicators in Aspirational Blocks
- Aim – To achieve 100% saturation of 12 key social sector indicators across all Aspirational Districts and Blocks.
Aspirational Districts Programme:
- Launched in – 2018
- Aim – To transform districts that have shown relatively lesser progress in key social areas.
- Significance –
- Convergence of Central & State Schemes
- Competition among districts through monthly delta ranking.
- Combines the innovative use of data with pragmatic administration, keeping the district at the locus of inclusive development.
