Project VISTAAR

IIT Madras has partnered with the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare on Project VISTAAR

Stands for – Virtually Integrated System to Access Agricultural Resources
A comprehensive network that connects decentralized databases to provide seamless access to vital agricultural resources.
Advantages – Expand access to high-quality advisory services on crop production, marketing, value addition, and supply chain management and provide farmers with information on relevant government schemes
