Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal
Centre constituted a tribunal for adjudicating the matter under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
- Constituted by the Central Government to confirm a ban on an organization.
- The tribunal is made up of a High Court judge appointed by the Central Government.
- Under Section 4 of the UAPA, if an association is declared unlawful, the Center must promptly submit it to a tribunal for assessment within 30 days to determine the validity of the unlawful classification.
- It has powers of a civil court and regulate its own procedure.

National Cooperative for Exports Ltd. (NCEL)
Union Minister of Cooperation newly established launched the new logo and website of National Cooperative for Exports Ltd. NCEL in New Delhi.
- Established as an umbrella organisation for cooperative sector exports in January, 2023.
- Registered under Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002.
- Objectives – Increasing exports, making farmers prosperous, providing global market for organic products, gaining a place for India in the global market for biofuel etc.
- Member Eligibility – All cooperative societies who are interested in exports.
