Nagarjunasagar-Srisailam Tiger Reserve (NSTR):
- Location – Nallamala hill ranges (an offshoot of the Eastern Ghats) of Andhra Pradesh.
- Largest tiger reserve in the country
- Hosts the largest tiger population in the Eastern Ghat landscape.
- Constitutes 2 wildlife sanctuaries, namely Rajiv Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary and Gundla Brahmeswaram Wildlife Sanctuary
- River Krishna traverses through this reserve.
- Vegetation – Tropical dry deciduous forests having an undergrowth of bamboo and grass.
- Fauna – Tiger, Leopard, Wolf, Sloth Bear and Jackal.
- Waterfalls – Ethpothala Falls, Pedda Dukudu, Gundam, Chaleswaram.
