India Australia RISE Accelerator program
Rapid Innovation and Startup Expansion (RISE) accelerator program was launched.
- Launched by – Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog) and Australia’s national science agency (CSIRO)
- It will support Australian and Indian circular economy startups and small-to-mid-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Program will be delivered virtually with opportunities to travel between both countries.
- Participating startups may also be eligible for up to ₹40,00,000 in non-equity grants.
Langlands Program | Abel Prize
Recently, a report claimed that the Langlands Program can be likened to building bridges.
- Purpose – To find connections between number theory and representation theory.
- Started by – Dr. Robert Langlands (Awardee of Abel Prize for the Langlands program)

Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer (JUICE Mission) | Double Gravity assist
European Space Agency’s (ESA) JUICE probe will use double gravity assist, for the first time, from Earth and Moon to propel itself towards Jupiter.
- Aim – To study Jupiter and its three icy and potentially ocean-bearing moons – Ganymede, Callisto, and Europa.
- Objectives – To find out whether there could be places where the necessary conditions (water, biological essential elements, energy, and stability) to sustain life are present.
- Period: 8-year cruise; Other Missions to Jupiter: Galileo, Juno, Europa Clipper, etc.
- Double Gravity assist – A technique by which a spacecraft, with the help of the gravitational field of two celestial bodies, gets a speed boost.

Survey of India (SoI) to prepare three-dimensional maps of several cities and towns called Digital Twins.
- Digital twin is a digital representation of a physical object, person, or process, contextualized in a digital version of its environment
